We look at food not just as calories but as nutrition. It is possible to consume more calories than we need and still be malnourished. We should eat whole foods and unprocessed grains. Proper nutrition is as important health as is weight loss. I doubt anyone actually believes that a super sized Big Mac Meal is healthy. & I doubt anyone believes that a KFC fried chicken bucket is a healthy food choice. Nutrition is not rocket science. |
