I began by taking huge numbers of pills & capsules!
The amount of Amino Acids that are necessary to match the medical research is measured in grams not milligrams.
I personally started noticing a change within days and by the three-week mark obvious changes were taking place. My sleep was better, my workouts were better and I was more energetic.
